The nect few days I tried numerous times to call & file a complaint ! Good luck ! You can never ever ever reach a person. They started to give me a voucher back but I said cash out & we all left. Then escorted me like a criminal across the whole casino to the cash out counter to deduct the money. I played a bit, win some, then cashed out. It was a$5 slot, so the credits look different than $1 or $10. They claimed that they knew it wasn’t on purpose but I had stolen! They said a man had been sitting there and cashed out at $44, the machine malfunctioned and gave him a voucher for only $4, so $40 was on there when I sat down & I must pay it back now ! I told them, wait, the area was cleaned, chair pushed in, etc when I sat down. They asked if I had sat in the high slots area earlier (like 30 minutes ago ). One holding a paper that says Theft at the top.
When visiting with family for a birthday, I was approached out of nowhere by 2 employees.
